Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 28.4.2015 regarding the forging of the Petitioner's signature in the cheque leaves of the Devanencheri Village Panchayhat's Bank Accounts.

ORDER

The Petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation, dated 28.04.2015 regarding the forging of the Petitioner's signature in the cheque leaves of the Devanencheri Village Panchayhat's Bank Accounts.

2.Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the records.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents brings it to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the complaint given by the Petitioner, the matter was referred to the bank authorities for their opinion with regard to the sign in the cheque leaves are genuine or not. The Bank authorities have given a letter stating the signatures found in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the cheques are genuine and correct as per the specimen signature kept in the bank records. The above said submission and the letter given by the bank is recorded.

4.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is closed. If the Petitioner still wants to challenge the same regarding his signature, the Petitioner is at liberty to do the same in the manner known to law. No costs.
