Heard the learned counsel on either side.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.The petitioner challenges the issuance of the legal heir certificate in favour of the fifth respondent. It is seen that

the impugned certificate was issued way back in September, 1997. A certificate issued in September, 1997 cannot be questioned in July, 2018, after a gap of more than 21 years. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the certificate, the fifth respondent has made some illegal alienations. If that be so, it is for the petitioner to question the said alienations in the manner known to law. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. 4.With liberty to challenge the alienations made by the fifth respondent, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
