Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take legal action against the erring Revenue Officials as well as the fourth respondent by conducting an enquiry with regard to the documents in Na.Ka.No.Aa1-893-2014, dated 10.6.2014 marked as Ex.B5 and Ex.B6 in O.S.No.497 of 2012, which was dismissed on 23.12.2014, on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli.
