27.10.2022 and the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to condone the delay of 85 days in filing the review above applications .
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the material records placed before this Court.
3. We do not find any error apparent on the face of the order warranting review of the order dated 27.10.2022. Our attention was also drawn to the fact that the SLP filed before the Apex Court against the order passed in the writ appeals was also dismissed. This court in exercise of review jurisdiction, without sufficient and just reasons, cannot review its own judgment. Finding no merits to condone the delay, the C.M.P's are dismissed.
