Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the Respondents No.1 to 3 to produce the person or body of the Petitioners daughter by name M. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.) The petitioner one B.Manivannan, has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition stating that his daughter, namely, M.Balasurya, aged 25 years was found missing from 03.06.2016. A complaint was given and the 3rd respondent registered a case in Crime No.76/2016 under 'girl missing'.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced an order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, in which, the said detenue was produced before the Court and on enquiry by the learned Judicial Magistrate, she stated that she married the 4th respondent Veeramani on 15.05.2016 and she is willing to go along with her husband/4th respondent, during which, the petitioner was also present before the Judicial Magistrate. Recording the said submission of the girl, the learned Magistrate has sent the detenue along with the 4th respondent.

4.Recording the said statement, this Habeas corpus Petition is closed.
