This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai to expedite the trial and dispose of H.M.O.P.No. 1086 of 2018, within a time fixed by this Court. 1/4
2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has filed H.M.O.P.No.1086 of 2018 before the Family Court, Madurai as against the respondent, for the relief of divorce. Though it was filed during 2018, the respondent did not even file his objection statement till April 2022. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed for early disposal of H.M.O.P.No.1086 of 2018.
3.Today (08.08.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing there is no representation for the petitioner. Though notice served on the respondent, there is no representation for the respondent also.
4.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in this Civil Revision Petition, there shall be a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai to expedite the trial and dispose of H.M.O.P.No.1086 of 2018, within a period of eight months from the date 2/4
of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 08.08.2022 vrn To The Family Court, Madurai.
