ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) This matter is taken up today, pursuant to the memo filed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor to the effect that the police secured the detenu and she is produced before the Court.

2. The detenu informed us that she left her home on account of certain misunderstanding. She is not willing to go with the petitioner, who is stated to be her brother.

4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
