The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2025. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents.

3.The petitioner, aggrieved by the issuance of patta to the third respondent has approached the first respondent by making a representation on 30.01.2025. The petitioner only seeks for expeditious disposal of the said representation. 4.In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to conduct due enquiry after affording reasonable and fair opportunity to the petitioner as well as the third respondent to put forth their respective contentions and thereafter, shall pass a considered order on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/5

5.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
