..Respondents COMMON PRAYER : Writ petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to stop the monthly salary of the petitioners on the ground of not passing Teacher Eligibility Test in violation of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of Madras High Court in Secretary to Government Vs. S. Jeyalakshmi, reported in 2016 (5) CTC 639 = 2016 (7) MLJ 155.
