Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
2.The petitioner wants the respondent to issue legal heir certificate in respect of her husband S.Chandrasekara Menon. It is seen that the petitioner is a permanent resident of Kerala. S.Chandrasekara Menon is also permanent resident of Kerala. But he had worked as District Educational Officer in Kanyakumari. His demise was also in Kerala. The marriage, which is said to have taken place between S.Chandrasekara Menon and the petitioner was registered at Palugal, Tamilnadu.
3.Nothing had happened within the Taluk limits of Vilavancode. Therefore, the Thasildar, Vilavancode expressed her inability to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.11589 of 2020 consider the petitioner's case. The petitioner is not in a position to establish any territorial nexus also. Therefore, leaving open the petitioner's right to establish her case elsewhere, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
