[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The present habeas corpus petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to produce the petitioner's wife viz., Hemalatha, D/o. Thavamani, aged about 22 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The second respondent produced the detenu and she appeared from the Public Prosecutor office through video conferencing. On enquiry, she would state that she is not willing to go with the petitioner and she wants to go with her parents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. The petitioner also was present and he has stated that he married the detenu, subsequently, she was separated by her parents.
