ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 06.01.2026 made in Crl.M.P.(MD)Nos.122 and 123 of 2026, directed the petitioner to deposit 50% of the cheque amount to the credit of S.T.C.No.2653 of 2023 dated 06.03.2024.
