COMMON ORDER [Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] The petitioners, who are third parties to the writ petitions, have filed the present petitions seeking leave of this Court to prefer Writ Appeals against the order of the writ Court dated 24.02.2026 made in W.P.(MD) Nos. 3318 of 2026 and 29987 of 2024.

2.According to the petitioners, the first respondent/writ petitioner filed the writ petitions without impleading them as parties and obtained an order.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 4.Considering the fact that the rights of third parties are also involved, and that the scheme is already in existence and a fit person has 1/3

been appointed, we are of the view that the matter requires detailed consideration.

5.Accordingly, leave is granted and these petitions stand ordered.

6.Registry is directed to number the appeals, if the papers are otherwise in order, and post the appeals "for admission" on 21.04.2026 along with W.A.(MD)No. 537 of 2026, etc., batch. [N.S.K., J.] [M.J.R., J.] 17.04.2026 ps 2/3
