the petitioner's wife Vijayalakshmi D/o.K.Muthumari, aged about 29 years and the petitioner's daughter Lathika Sri, D/o.L.Muthukumar aged about 5 years before this Court and set him at liberty. For Petitioner : Mr.G.Ganeshkumar For Respondents : Mr.A.Ramar Addl.Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner in HCP (MD) No.970/2016 is the wife of one Mr.R.Jeyaprakash, S/o.Radhakrishnan, aged 33 years. According to the petitioner, Mr.Jeyaprakash has been found missing from 24.07.2016 onwards.
2. HCP(MD) No.1014/2016 has been filed by Mr.L.Muthukumar, who is the husband of one Vijayalakshmi, D/o.Muthumari, aged 29 years and one Lathika Sri is his daughter. According to him, they have been found missing from 24.07.2016.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue Mrs.Vijayalakshmi and the detenu Mr.Jeyaprakash have eloped taking the child also.
4. Since it is a simple case of elopement of a man with a woman along with a child, no direction as prayed for could be given in the petition, as there is no illegal detention. The Habeas Corpus Petitions are, therefore, dismissed.
