O R D E R
*********** [Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.] Mr.Ravichandran, the petitioner herein has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition stating that his daughter, namely Anandha Priya, aged about 22 years was found missing from 01.07.2016. Hence, he has preferred a complaint on 07.07.2016 to the second respondent police. Thereafter, he made another complaint on 28.07.2016 to the Superintendent of Police, Pudukkottai District, the first respondent herein.

2. The matter was taken up for hearing, on being mentioned by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. When the matter was taken up at 12.00 noon, the second respondent produced the detenu, namely Anandha Priya before this Court. When we enquired the detenu, she told that on her own volition, she left her parental home and is staying with her friend's house at Achirappakkam. She is not willing to go with her parents.
3. The detenu is a major. She is set at liberty.
4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
