The petitioner seeks for the following relief: "Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the fraudulent registration of document bearing No.688/ 2008, registered in the name of 3rd respondent and the document number is 529/2021 registered in favour of the 4th respondent by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 03.12.2021 and 11.04.2025."
2.The relief sought for in the Writ Petition should be obtained only by appropriately instituted action for partition. The alienation that had been made by the petitioner's grandfather is of the year 2008. It is the claim of the petitioner that the alienation is of ancestral assets, by his grandfather excluding his father, Sakthivel and himself. This cannot be gone into by the Sub Registrar, but has to be gone into only by the civil Court. Hence, leaving it open to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings before the jurisdictional civil Court, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
