Respondent This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2015 and issue a house tax receipt in his name for the house bearing Door No.3/352 at Athikombai village.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.05.2015, through which he has sought for house tax receipt for his house bearing Door No.3/352 at Athikombai village.

2. Mr.G.Muthukaruppan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, by the respondent, on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.05.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
