Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 2.The third respondent is directed to take a decision on the petition mentioned representation, dated 16.07.2020, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the case. It is entirely for the third respondent to take a decision in one way or other. This writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
