ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw and transfer the investigation in Crime No.594 of 2019 from the file of the second respondent to any other competent investigation agency.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that after completion of investigation, the second respondent has already filed the final report in Crime No.594 of 2019 on 05.01.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai, but the same has not been taken on file. 3.In view of the above submission, transfer of investigation does not arise, since no investigation is pending on the file of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

second respondent. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
