O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to furnish the documents sought for by the petitioner, considering his representation, dated 17.04.2015, within a stipulated time.

2. According to the petitioner, he is working as Supervisor in Sivagangai District Cable TV Operator Organization at Mudiarasan Salai, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given a representation to the respondents on 17.04.2015 and so far, the said representation has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition.

3. Mr.Abdul Saleem, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents/Arasu Cable TV Corporation submitted that they are ready and willing to consider the petitioner's representation within a time limit prescribed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2015, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner as well as any rival claimant, if any, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
