RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant extension the time of the operation of the order in Crl.OP (MD).No.6917 of 2020 Dated 01.07.2020 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.KARUNANITHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 01.07.2020, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6917 of 2020, directed the petitioner to appear before the learned District Munsif -cum- Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvidaimarudur, Thanjavur District, with two sureties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. According to the petitioner, due to transfer of Jurisdictional Court, the petitioner was unable to execute the sureties, within the stipulated time and hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time granted by this Court vide order dated 01.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6917 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
