The petitioner submitted a representation before the third respondent for regularization of the unapproved plot/lay out formed by the petitioner in the name and style of New Garden comprised in the lands in Survey Nos. 43/2A1A1A1A1, 43/15, 43/16, 43/17, 43/18, 43/19, 43/20, 43/21A, Navalkadu Village, Esanthimangalam Panchayat, Thovalai Block, Kanniyakumari District, ad-measuring 7488.80 sq.mts.
2. The petitioner states that all the requisite documents are enclosed along with the representation and therefore he is entitled for regularisation of unauthorised lay outs, thereby, satisfied all the requirements. But the third respondent has not acted upon the representation.
3. Learned State counsel submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law within the time frame stipulated by this Court. 3/6
4. The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the representation dated 26.08.2025 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. There shall be no orders as to Costs.
