ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No. 314 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police in so far as this petitioner is concerned.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.314 of 2022 has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed on 04.03.2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), and as per the FIR, there are specific allegations to constitute the offence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed preserving the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the final report filed in Crime No.314 of 2022 in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
