ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the fourth respondent to admit and enroll the men and women who are all completed 18 years in their Jamath and to give them voting rights at par with the other existing male members, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.This Writ Petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 10.12.2018 of the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on merits and in accordance with law. No costs. Needless to state that such order shall be passed after hearing the petitioner and the persons, who are likely to be affected by the order going to be passed.
