: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to return the original certificates viz., Transfer Certificate, 10th and 12th Mark statements, community certificate and bonafide certificate and other original certificates submitted by the Petitioner at the time of admission in the second respondent college, in the light of order passed by the first respondent vide his proceedings in letter No.16861/TAC/2018, dated 05.06.2018 consequently direct the second respondent to refund a sum of Rs.7,000/-.
