ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R, in Crime No.169 of 2022, on the file of the first respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation, has filed the final report before the jurisdictional Court on 14.11.2022 through E-filing No. 15142/22. So, the matter has become infructuous.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Of course, with liberty to challenge the same. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
