ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the first respondent, dated 04.04.2025 and consequently direction to declare the petitioner as eligible to be considered for the tender process.

2. Already a series of writ petitions have been dismissed at the instance of the petitioner in W.P(MD)Nos.17283, 17483 and 17370 of 2025, wherein, the petitioner's bids were rejected during the technical evaluation of the tender.

3. Therefore, this writ petition is also dismissed although the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeals against the said orders are 2/4
