This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the pretext of enquiry 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the brother of the petitioner against one Thangaraj, who is paternal uncle of the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of the enquiry, it came to light that the sister of the petitioner herself appeared before the enquiry officer and gave a statement that she and her child are in good condition, based on which, the complaint was closed on 09.07.2021.
