Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records of the detention order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in C.No.21/Detention/ C.P.O./T.C./2016, dated 15.07.2016 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the person or body of the detenu namely Ramesh @ Samsa Ramesh S/o.Angamuthu, aged 36 years (now detained at Central Prison, Trichy) before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) Challenging the detention order passed by the Commissioner of Police, Tiruchirapalli, in C.No.21/Detention/C.P.O./T.C./2016, dated 15.07.2016, ordering to detain one Ramesh @ Samsa Ramesh S/o.Angamuthu, the petitioner has come up with this Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as per G.O.Rt.No.4123, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XII) Department, dated 31.08.2016, the above said detention order has been revoked. 3.In view of the same, this Habeas Corpus petition has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous.
