: Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the first and second respondents to produce the body or detenu namely Raja, Son of Late.Seethapathi, aged about 32 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.) One Vanitha has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition alleging that her husband, by name Raja was missing from 22.05.2016 and a complaint was given on 26.05.2016.

2. When the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for hearing, the respondent police produced the detenu before this Court. On our enquiry, he stated that he has borrowed money from several persons and out of fear, he left the house. Now, he is willing to go with his wife, namely the petitioner herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the submission made by the detenu, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed giving liberty to the detenu to go with the petitioner.
