Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.GOKULARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier this Court by an order dated 07.08.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.90,000/- (Rupees Ninety Thousand only) to the credit of the Madras High Court Madurai Bench, Advocate Clerk's Welfare Association, Madurai - 625 023 (Indian Bank Saving Account No.496039124, IFSC Code:IDIB000H040) within a period of two weeks, without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the trial Court. But the petitioner could not mobilise the fund and he is not in a position to deposit the said amount.

3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 07.08.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8301 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
