This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham to number the petitioner's application in Cr.M.P. Filling No.132 of 2022 under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed a petition under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C on 18.02.2022 before the Judicial Magistrate, Natham to direct the concerned police to register his complaint against the accused persons and the same was not taken on file so far. He further submitted that the on 18.02.2022, the learned Magistrate returned the petition for rectifying the some errors. After rectification, the petitioner has submitted his petition, again on 24.03.2022, the learned magistrate has returned the petition by stating that previous rectification are not yet rectified. Hence, this petition has been filed. 2/4

I have considered the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. 4.On perusal of records, it is shows that while numbering the petition, the some error was found in the petitioner's petition, for which, the officials returned the petition to rectify his mistakes.
5. Considering the facts and the circumstance of this case, this Court cannot be issue a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham to number the petitioner's application and taken on file for disposal and also this Court does not find any merits in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
