Unfortunately, for want of availability of any other learned Judge readily, I have to constitute a Bench sitting single and then, take up the matter.

2. Heard Mr.S.Abuthaheer, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. The writ petitioner - father of the detenu, by name, Shiek Mujipur Rahman and the mother of the detenu, by name, Shakila Banu, are also present. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Mr.Balasundram, Inspector of Police, K.Pudur Police Station, Maddurai and Mrs.Parameswari, Sub-Inspector of Police, K.Pudur Police Station, Madurai, have traced the detenu, by name, S.Mohammed Ashik, at M/s.Seetha Garments, Tirupur and now, he has been produced before me. I have found the detenu hale and hearty and he was found to be more than 18 years of age. 4.In these circumstances, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of, by setting at liberty, the detenu, S.Mohammed Ashik, son of Shiek Mujipur Rahman.
