O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 5, to instruct the respondent No.6, not to seize the vehicle, without following the due process of law and to take necessary action, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 09.06.2015.

2. The petitioner has admitted that he availed loan from the 6th respondent, which is sought to be recovered from the petitioner. According to the petitioner, the 6th respondent is taking coercive steps to recover the amount of Rs.28,00,000/-, less the amount already paid. Since it is the issue concerning financial dispute, the writ petition is not a remedy for the petitioner to approach this Court. I find no merits in this writ petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
