O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the first respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner by considering his representation, dated 06.06.2022 and proceed with the same, as per law within the time fixed by this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and his family members are worship in Sree Thanga Muniyappan Vingagar Mariyamman Kaliyamman Temple in Kapsa Ayyalur Village, Vedasanthur (Taluk), Dindigul District. The petitioner and his family members are worshiping the above said temple for the past 60 years. The petitioner also "Oor Gounder" and Poosari in the above said village temple. CRL.O.P (MD) No.10256 of 2022 the village people and this petitioner are conducted a festival in the above said temple. In the mean time, the respondents 4 to 7 are creating a problems and also stop the entry of petitioner and his family members. Hence, the petitioner gave a representation to the police for giving protection on 06.06.2022.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that on the representation given by the petitioner, dated 06.06.2022 they enquired both parties and they entered into compromise and in which, they have stated that both the parties jointly conducted the temple festival and they gave a letter to that effect and filed a letter before this Court.
4. Recording the same, since the parties compromised their dispute and decided to conduct the temple festival jointly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
