RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time in Crl.OP(MD).No. 6511 of 2020 dated 10.07.2020 for surrender before the Judicial Magistrate No.I Madurai Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.MUNIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier this Court by an order, dated 10.07.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of Eight Weeks. During https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.4675 of 2020 the total lock down period, he could not appear before the concerned Court and produce the sureties.

3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 10.07.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6511 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
