ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 323, 406, 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act in Crime No.27 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, submits that the petitioner agrees to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the defacto complainant / wife every month and the same will be deposited in the bank account of the defacto complainant. The liablity shall commence from the month of August, 2018. The said amount will be remitted without any default before 10th of every month.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

4.It is made clear that it is only an interim arrangement and parties shall abide by the outcome of the other proceedings that may be pending between the parties. It is further submitted that final report has already been filed in this case.

5.Recording this undertaking and taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
