ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the third respondent to consider his representation dated 02.08.2014, wherein and whereby he sought for permission to cut some trees, which according to the petitioner, are obstructing the channel running to his land.

2.Needless to say that it is for the first respondent to consider such request and pass orders on the same without loss of any further time. But it is seen that the petitioner gave a representation only to the third respondent.

3.Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to make representation to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such receipt of such representation, the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent is directed to consider the said representation and pass orders on the same in the light of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in respect of Seemai Karuvel Trees. No costs.
