ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 470, 474, 419,120(B) and Section 34 IPC, in Crime No.1 of 2019, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The petitioner's earlier bail petitions were dismissed on 07.02.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.977 of 2019 and on 03.09.2019 in Crl.O.P (MD)No.11681 of 2019. This Court had observed that considering the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, anticipatory bail cannot be granted. CRL OP(MD).No.10113 of 2020 that the petitioner's counsel makes an offer that the petitioner will deposit certain amount to the credit of the FIR in question. I am of the view that this will not constitute a change in circumstances.
