This writ petition is filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue patta in respect of Survey No.406/2, Keelapaguthi Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District, in favour of the petitioner based on his representation dated 17.07.2020.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition and on hearing the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2020, after affording opportunity to all parties concerned and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
