ORDER

The decree holder in O.S.No.11 of 1991 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Paramakudi has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of E.P.No.4 of 2024.

2. From the records, it could be seen that in a suit for partition, preliminary decree was passed on 14.09.1995 and a final decree came to be passed on 19.04.2010. The attempts made on the part of the defendants to challenge the preliminary decree and final decree were not successful. The decree holder has filed E.P.No.4 of 2024 seeking to take delivery.

3. According to the petitioner, all the respondents have been 3/5

served and some of them have also filed their counter. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 1991, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the delivery application.

4. Considering the above said facts, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of E.P.No.4 of 2021 on or before 30.11.2025.

5. With the above said directions, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 21.04.2025 BTR NCC :
