ORDER

The above review application is filed to review the order dated 01.12.2023 passed in C.R.P(Md).No.2560 of 2018.

The learned counsel for the review petitioner would invite the attention of this Court to the findings in paragraph No.7 and submit that, though the petitioner was aware of the decree and had entered appearance in the execution petition as early as in October 2015, she could not file an appeal due to her old age and also financial constraints and that she did not think of filing an appeal until 2017. In this regard, he would draw the attention of this Court to the affidavit filed in support of the condone delay application, wherein the only reason assigned is that the petitioner had suffered from a cardiac problem and financial inability and therefore, she could not meet her counsel. This was the reason why I had not condoned the delay, as it was clear found from the records that the petitioner had appeared in the execution proceedings even in the year 2015. Therefore, the self-serving claim that she could not meet her counsel cannot be believed. In such 2/4

circumstances, there is no ground to review the order dated 01.12.2023 passed in C.R.P(Md).No.2560 of 2018. Accordingly, this review application is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
