This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed the petitioner dated Nil, against the order passed by the second respondent, dated 29.06.2014.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the appeal filed by the petitioner has already been disposed of and nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
