Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.77601/2010 DPC 2-2, dated 05.12.2014, quash the same, and further direct the respondents herein to consider notional promotion to the petitioner as Block Development Officer from 20.07.2007 on par with petitioner's junior and to include the petitioner name in the ensuing 2015-2016 panel for promotion as Block Development Officer.
