Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents Bank to close the loan account in Account Nos.15270005090022 and 152700480100413 of the petitioner by receiving the balance outstanding amount and consequently direct the respondents to release the secured assets ie., Item Nos.2, 3, 4, 5 (a) and 5(b), as per the possession notice, dated 03.04.2018. The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to close the Bank Account in Account Nos.15270005090022 and 152700480100413 of the petitioner, by receiving the balance outstanding amount and consequently direct the respondents to release the documents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Mr.J.Ashok, learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the petitioner has received all the papers and hence, he is not in a position to argue the matter. However, Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned Standing counsel for the respondents Bank would state that as the entire loan amount was paid, the Bank Account of the petitioner in Account Nos.15270005090022 and 152700480100413 were closed and the original documents have been returned to the petitioner.

3. In view of the submissions of the learned Standing counsel for the respondents, we are of the considered view that no further adjudication is necessary in the writ petition and hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
