O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners by inducing the petitioners to pay the amount to the third respondent.

2.The case of the petitioners is that there was a money transaction between the petitioners and the third respondent herein and on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent is harassing the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it was found that there was money transaction between the parties and the third respondent undertook to repay the money within six months. So, on that ground it was closed on 22.06.2021.
