This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the Money Dispute and also not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry, based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2025.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's complaint was closed after conducting an enquiry. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. 3.Since the main complaint itself was closed after enquiry, no further orders are required to be passed. Accordingly, this petition stands closed.
