ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to implement the order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings P.D.R.No.1850 of 2002, dated 28.02.2002 to make necessary entries in the revenue records and computer data entry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2019, within a time frame.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that initially the property comprised in survey No.425/2015 was belongs to one Raman. Thereafter, the said property purchased by the grand father of the petitioner and after demise of his grand father and father, a portion of the property was allotted to the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner made an application before the second respondent for transfer of patta and the same was ordered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.11669 of 2020 in P.D.R.No.1850 of 2002, on 28.02.2002. However, the second respondent had not issued fresh patta. Hence, the petitioner made a representation, dated 14.10.2019. Since no action has been initiated, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation made by the petitioner dated 14.10.2019 is directed to be considered by the authority concerned.

4.In the light of the aforesaid submissions, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, is inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing opportunity to the parties concerned.

5.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
