ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.476 of 2015. The petitioner has been shown as A4 in the First Information Report. 2.A reading of the First Information Report, reveals that certain overt acts have been attributed against the petitioner herein. Therefore, at this stage, it is not possible for this Court to quash the First Information Report.

3.It is found that the First Information Report was registered in the year 2015 and till date, no final report has been filed. Therefore, it is suffice to direct the first respondent to file final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is permitted to raise all the grounds, which are raised in this petition, at the appropriate stage.

4.With the above directions and observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
