PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by way of enquiry, based on his representation dated 09.07.2021.

This petition has been filed toto direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by way of enquiry, based on his representation dated 09.07.2021.

2. The case of the petitioner is that there is a money transaction between the petitioner and the third respondent and even after payment of the entire amount, the third respondent has given a complaint seeking more interest. On that basis, he has been harassed by the respondent police. Hence, this petition. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by this petitioner, enquiry has been undertaken in CSR No.163 of 2020 and during the course of the enquiry, both the parties agreed that they will not enter into any quarrel in future. The petitioner has also given undertaking that he will repay the amount. On that basis, the complaint was closed on 19.06.2020 itself.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Since no further consideration is required.
